If your part does arrive damaged please contact us immediatly (our information is on the CONTACT US page), and our business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. All orders recieved before 3:00 PM Eastern Time USA will be shipped within 48 hours after it has been received. Any orders recieved after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be included in the next business day orders, and will be shipped within 48 hours. (excluding week ends and holidays). If an unforseen problem occurs and we cannot ship your order within 48 hours, you will be notified as soon as possible. (please leave an active e-mail address, phone number, etc. where you can be reached). Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive after shipping. Some orders may take longer to arrive depending on location. Orders outside of the US will take longer to arrive.
